has worked in the transportation and public health fields for more than 25 years in Colorado, California and Maryland. Ms. Lavelle pioneered a non-profit traffic safety organization, managed hundreds of projects, established numerous multi-sector coalitions. Judith is recognized as an expert in marketing transit programs and campaigns, resulting in double-digit ridership increases. She also authored dozens of cause-related grant proposals, yielding almost 2.5 million to date. Judith is a sought out speaker on state and national levels regarding innovative, cost-effective marketing strategies. Her awards include Best Work-Places for Commuters from the EPA, Transit Marketing Program of the Year from Colorado Association of Transit Agencies in 2002 and 2008, and Administrators Award from the National Highway Safety Administration.
